SU Forum TOS
1. Members who violate the Terms of Service (TOS) will be warned and asked to cease and desist with the conduct or activities that are considered a violation.
2. Members who, after receiving a warning, continue to violate the TOS will be banned from posting.
3. The Terms of Service are subject to change at any time.

Forum Decorum
1. No one under the age of 13 is permitted to post or apply for membership to either simplyundeniable.com or the SU Forums. There are NO exceptions to this rule.

B. Harassment:
1. Harassment of any kind by any member will not be tolerated. This includes threatening posts and personal attacks of any nature.
2. Members that have been found to openly and willingly harass another member in any facet will be banned from the forum.
3. No appeals will be accepted

C. ‘Ship Wars:
1. SimplyUndeniable.com is predominantly a canon site -- that means most of the ‘ships discussed or written about on this site are based on the innuendo or comments and remarks by either JK Rowling in online chats and interviews or by passages subtly mentioned in any of the Harry Potter books.
2. ‘Ship bashing or “flame wars” are not allowed by anyone at any time.
3. Any thread or post that may be perceived as having a potential ‘Ship War will be deleted immediately and the member(s) that started the post or thread will receive a warning that may lead to their expulsion from the forums.

D. Discussions:
1. Please try to reserve one-on-one conversations for your preferred IM or email service for this purpose, and thread in the forums that stray off topic for more than three posts shall be pruned and then locked.
2. Posts should be relative to the thread that they are in. If your post is unrelated to the thread it will be moved.
3. Any posts or threads that are deemed inappropriate by the forum moderator(s) may be shut down at any time.

E. Profanity:
1. As this is primarily an adult site, profanity is permitted, but please be considerate of other’s feeling with regard to the words you choose to use.

F. Spam
1. The forum should be kept a place for discussion.
2. Please keep single line or word responses to a minimum.
3. Spamming will not be tolerated and any violators will have their account locked down and IP address banned.
