The following are the rules for submitting fiction to the Simply Undeniable

have read and reviewed these rules and will abide by them.
Our guidelines are quite simple. All rules are in place to create a better
looking archive and to eliminate anything that doesn't belong here at
SU.

Article 1 - Questionable Content:
1.1
Simply Undeniable does NOT accept submissions that contain the following
subject matter:
i. |
professor/student (clearly this would NOT be acceptable at Hogwarts!
This also include any incidences of Adult/teenager i.e.: Harry/Tonks in
a fic where he his still under the age of Eighteen (18).)
ii. |
necrophilia.
iii. |
bestiality.
1.2
Simply Undeniable does not accept submissions which graphically describe
the following subject matter:
i. |
incest
1.2.1 |
Dealing with the aftermath of this scenario is okay, but the actual act,
or graphic descriptions of such cannot appear in your submission.
1.3
Simply Undeniable will accept submissions with the following subject
matter ONLY upon Wizengamot approval AND with distinct warnings in the
summary:
i. |
extreme violence
ii. |
non-cons
iii. |
extreme sexual fetishes
1.4
The subject matter outlined above is subject to Wizengamot approval,
and may not be validated if deemed inappropriate.
1.5
Submissions declined due to the inclusion of any disallowed material
cannot be resubmitted.
1.6
All submissions containing the allowed content must have proper warning
in the summary.
1.7
If proper warning is not included, the submission will automatically
be declined, and can only be re-submitted when the Summary has been changed
to include the appropriate warning.
Article 2 - Shipping:
2.1
This is a R/H and H/G shipping site.
2.2
R/H and H/G cannot be contradicted in any fic or category. Trio fics
are not accepted.
2.3
R/H and H/G cannot be permanently paired with any other character - including
OC's. Hints at a relationship between either couple only to have them
end up with someone else is not permitted.
2.4
All other ships are acceptable, as long as R/H and H/G are together,
or the aforementioned characters are omitted completely.
2.5
Due to spam submitted by opponents of the H/G and R/Hr ships, all stories
containing a character death of Ron, Hermione, Harry, or Ginny, must not
be a one-shot fiction (one chapter length). This is only allowed in a
multi-chaptered story. The Wizengamot reserves the right to reject any
fit they deem unfit for the archive.
2.6
Simply Undeniable's shipping policy is non-negotiable. If you have a
problem with this, SU is not the site for you.
Article 3 - Slash:
3.1
Slash pairings with the exception of Ron, Hermione, Harry, and Ginny
are permitted.
3.2
Hints and comments that Ron, Hermione, Harry, or Ginny have in the past
dabbled in a same-sex relationship is permitted in any fic or category.
3.3
Ron, Hermione, Harry, and Ginny cannot be permanently paired in a slash
relationship. i.e.: SU will not accept an epic-length fic which puts Harry
Potter in a long term slash relationship with Draco Malfoy, and has Harry
merely longing for Ginny Weasley. Single chapter outtakes of epic-length
fics where the main pairing is ship-friendly and depicts a slash pairing
will be acceptable.
3.4
Submissions in which a slash pairing is the main focus of the story,
contain explicit content depicting acts between same-sex partners must
be housed in the "Shrieking Shack". A category dedicated specifically
towards slash.
UPDATE: This category has been removed due to non-use. Please enter your story into another appropriate category - Restricted Section, The Common Room, St. Mungos, The Time Turner or Firewhiskey.
3.5
Submissions which have a slash pairing that is not the main focus of
the story, merely hints at or exposes a slash pairing, and does not have
scenes depicting acts between same-sex partners may be housed in the other
categories.
3.6
Simply Undeniable's policy on slash is non-negotiable. If you have a
problem with this, SU is not the site for you.
Article 4 - Beta Service:
4.1
All authors agree that any submissions must go through a Beta Reader.
This does NOT have to be an SU beta as long as someone has acted as your
editor.
4.2
The Beta Service is free, and is given to you as a favour to help authors
better their writing. Any author deemed of abusing this service will be
given a warning.
4.3
If an author does not respond to a beta's email within a two-week period
from the day the beta sends the email, the chapter will be deleted from
our queue, and the author will need to resubmit.
4.4
All submissions must meet the minimum requirements outlined in Article
5 in order to be eligible for our beta service. Any submission which does
not meet these standards will be rejected.

Please note that the "F" word (and British equivalents) constitutes
an immediate "MA" rating. Note that when you set a rating for
a fic it must be for the story as a whole everything entered into
the restricted section must be marked as "RA".

Submissions must be placed in proper category. If you are unsure of your
category, please refer to the category descriptions and make your best
guess. If still unsure, contact a member of the Wizengamot.
5.3.7 |
Submission MUST be written in English. Your story may contain parts of

any other factor the Wizengamot deems to not meet the Standard of Quality
5.5
Ratings:
5.5.1 |

same as the MPAA's ratings.
