That was wonderful, perfect. Exactly how it should have happened. It is so simple yet really captures their characters perfectly. The last line brought tears to my eyes, after seconds before I had been laughing. Fantastic.

The last line is perfect. You have a gift for communicating a lot with a minimum of words. A sort of "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts" thing.....like an alchemical process. I'm rambling....sorry! This fic is very simple, very lovely, very real and very much appreciated.

This is the best H&G first meeting after the battle I've read. Really sweet, their humor and affection are so canon. Well done.

This has got to be one of the BEST stories written about H/G concerning their first talk after the Final Battle. It's low-key, but still important. Heartfelt, but with some humor. (I cracked up at the "Veela never really were my type, Harry" line.) You also were very true to Ginny and Harry's canon speech patterns (e.g. "Ah, now those I like" and "Oh, yeah. Right. About that . . . ."). Great job! Please write more, whether they're drabbles or novel-length stories.

Wow, I think this is a good story, most of the ones like this just start with kissing and that, so this is a change. I like it :)

Really like how this version started. They are very cautious around each other and extremely shattered. Very good. I like the maturity of the characters and what might happen next.

I wish this excerpt had been in the novel. It's just enough information for us Orange Crushers without going so far as to limit the fanfiction. Excellently done!
